Was easy to heat with steam bag from the go pack after a half day of hiking enjoyed it by the waterfall
After a long day as a Paddle Guide on the Nymboida River it was sooo good to be able to fire up the Trangia, cook some rice and then pour over the heated up pouch of Coconut Ginger Chicken. Just the right combo of spice, warmth, and chunks of real chicken. Delicious, filling, and tasty. The other guides were asking what I was eating as it smelled great. Ideal for carrying on the river. Thanks!
Another incomplete meal. The image is not what you get. Yes, lovely food but read the fine print about what is included and what is not included. It is not a ready to eat 'meal', it os a chilli con carne sauce with no carbs added, no pasta, no potato.
Make sure you read the fine print on the packaging. Many meals need additional items. eg the Bolognese sauce needs pasta despite having an image of pasta and sauce on the packaging. I was on a remote trip before I found this out. Such a trap! By fine print, I mean tiny print. Why not be transparent?
