Forward-deployed stock at NSWRFS Marsden warehouse enables immediate mobilisation. Continuous improvement addresses heat tolerance, packaging durability, and frontline feedback integration.
NSW HealthShare — Tropical Cyclone Alfred
During Tropical Cyclone Alfred, OTM delivered 12 pallets of meals to Lismore Hospital within 24 hours, supporting continuity of feeding services during hospital relocation. Simultaneously, OTM supplied 8,000+ ration packs to NSWRFS, QLD SES, and GoldCoast City Council, demonstrating concurrent multi-agency support under extreme time pressure.
WA Department of Communities
OTM supplies approximately 1,500 culturally appropriate packs annually for remote and First Nations communities in Western Australia. Packs are developed in consultation with stakeholders and engineered for high-temperature storage. Recurring supply ensures immediate access to nutritious emergency food during the initial stages of natural disaster response.
QLD SES & QLD Fire Department — Cairns Flood Event
During the Cairns flood event, OTM provided emergency ration packs to SES and Fire personnel across multiple regions under severe weather and widespread disruption. Supply continuity was maintained via sovereign manufacturing, pre-positioned stock,and resilient distribution networks, supporting extended operational periods and concurrent disaster response.
Kokoda Track Foundation (KTF) — Remote Operations Support
OTM supplies operational ration packs to KTF teams working in remote PNG locations. Packs support program delivery, field visits, clinical operations, and educational initiatives. Designed for self-sufficiency, long shelf life, and minimal preparation, OTM ensures teams can operate effectively without on-site cooking infrastructure.
