Heat your On Track Meals anywhere—no fire, no fuss.

The On Track Meals Flameless Heater Bag is a safe, lightweight, and effective way to enjoy a hot meal without needing a stove or flame. Ideal for outdoor adventures, emergency kits, or anywhere open fire isn't an option.

How it works:

  1. Open the Flameless Heater Bag. Remove the white heating element from its plastic wrapper, place element back in bag.

  2. Place your On Track Meal (MRE pouch) inside the heater bag.

  3. Add 50ml of water.

  4. Seal the zip lock.

  5. Wait 7–10 minutes… then dig in!

Why use it?

  • Perfect for fire-ban areas

  • Use where open flame is not allowed

  • Great for grab bags or emergency kits

  • Lightweight for hiking or day trips (just 10g each)

Important Notes:

  • Not permitted in carry-on or checked luggage on commercial aircraft

  • Use only in well-ventilated areas—not suitable for enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces

  • Handle with care—bag contents reach temperatures up to 100°C. Steam may be very hot when opened.

How to dispose of heater element:

Flameless Heater Bag elements, contain a mixture of aluminium powder, calcium carbonate, sodium carbonate & calcium oxide, which react with water to produce heat.

To dispose of heaters, it's important to let them cool completely after use. Once they have cooled down, you can dispose of them in regular household waste.

It's important to note that you should not puncture or tamper with the heaters, and they should not be disposed of in a fire or incinerator

Safe and easy to use

The heater bag was surprisingly safe and easy to use. Such a convenient way to safety heat up food. It's so safe I've packed some bags for my teenage son's next camping trip.

Great product

I used very similar heater bags in the military. these bags are great, easy to use and heats up the packet of food to a good temp. I must say tho, they are a bit on the expensive side, so I really need to ensure I use them sparingly.
