About the Product

This quick and easy Basmati rice comes in a convenient serve for one (purchased in a 2 pack).

SunRice aromatic Basmati Rice in a cup helps you create a healthy, easy meal in seconds. Basmati Rice is light, fluffy, gluten free and perfect with our On Track Meals MREs such as the Coconut Ginger Chicken or Mild Chilli Con Carne.

These rice cups can be put in our Flameless Heater Bags along with a meal. 

🌾 GLUTEN FREE

Flameless Heater Bag:

1. Place sealed cup in Flameless Heater Bag with MRE (meal ready to eat)

2. Make sure the white heating element has plastic removed and is placed between meal & rice.

3. Add water to heater bag to the line and seal.

4. Wait 10 minutes.

5. Remove meal & rice safely

Microwave:

1. Peel cup film back about 1-2 cms

2. Heat 1 cup on high for 40 seconds (60 seconds for 2 cups)

3. Remove cup from microwave and peel back film completely off cup.

Although unrelated as I purchased an item from them off marketplace (not their meal products), the team quickly took me in to explain what they do and what products they make (as I've never heard of them). If I were to ever buy meals it would be from On Track Meals. The level of enthusiasm and excitement about the products and produce they use made me want to put one on the shopping list. Great team and great Australian company. They have an excellent future ahead.

As the leader of a 4x4 group, these pouches are an absolute blessing as I can keep them stored in my car. They are jam packed full of flavour with meat that melts in your mouth. Well and truly exceeded our expectations.

We had the most amazing food provided by On Track Meals when trekking through Papua New Guinea. They were so tasty, and such a great range to choose from. Tasted like they were cooked that morning in a gourmet kitchen. Cannot recommend more highly.

Our group recently just completed the Kokoda Track with On Track Expeditions. Richard and the team provided us with their On Track Meals which were AMAZING. After a long day of hiking, finishing with On Track Meal was definitely a highlight for many. My favourites were the spaghetti bolognaise and the slow cooked steak, however, they were all delicious! Highly recommend, 10/10!!!

On Track meals were just what was needed for the Kokoda Track. Had the right balance of carbs and protein to provide the energy and recovery for each day along Kokoda.

I was not expecting the food to be this good whilst on a trek in the middle of nowhere. The meals could not have been better. My favourites are the spag bowl & steak and mash!! Highly recommend.

We had a range of On Track meals on The Kokoda Track. It was the highlight of the day sitting down to a delicious meal, knowing that we were also getting high quality nutrition and protein to help us get through one of the most challenging treks I have ever done. I am now taking On Track Meals on all my adventures.

I am about to set off on a fundraising walk from Bondi Beach to Broken Hill pushing a wheelie bin with all my 'stuff' inside. I wanted to find a meal option and decided to try OnTrack Meals. What a win!! These are just fantastic. Easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. I will be ordering these to collect at post offices along the route. I have recently ordered their Summit Bars to supplement my energy intake during the day. I am sure they will be just as good. Thanks to Richard and the team at OnTrack Meals
